I’m a licensed therapist with 8 years of experience working with teens and adults on improving their mental well being. After years working in higher levels of care, I now enjoy supporting clients on their healing journey by providing outpatient therapy. It’s an honor to witness and support my clients on their healing journey. My practice is rooted in values of growth, curiosity, acceptance, and a belief that healing should be collaborative— not prescriptive.
